We need your support ! I'm am trying to expand the school and offer more options for everyone. We have FREE guest passes on line and at the school, please invite a friend. This is how we have serviced the community and been in business for over 25 years.
Grappling / MMA / Judo / Ju Jitsu / Wrestling Class.
The Main focus of this class is defending and attacking from the ground. Takedowns, jointlocks, mounts, armbars, leglocks and choking techniques to name a few. We will not just use one method or system, but any and all systems and styles that work. I have many years researching and training in all aspects of grappling and it is also part of my Martial Arts training background. Of course one of my hero's is the Gracie's Brazilian Ju Jitsu, and GrandMaster Shoto Tanemura ( Jutsu) of the Ninpo tradition and Head of the Genbukan world Ninpo Bugei Federation in Japan. This training includes Taijutsu ( Unarmed Defense).
Classes are held now at the school on
Tuesday and Thurday 8pm-8:30pm
Cost is $35.00 a month for non Soo Bahk Do Students. $10.00 for Soo Bahk Do Members. You must get your Instructors permission / Invitation to participate in this class, It is for serious students.
FOR THE HARD CORE STUDENTS, WE HOPE TO MAKE a FULL MMA Team that will COMPETE in LOCAL AND REGIONAL EVENTS.
Weapon's Training and Tactics.
I teach methods from the Korean, Japanese, Chinese, and any pratical methods involving traditional, untraditional and improvised weapons training tactics. This will also include armed attackers against unarmed defender's and armed defender's against armed attackers. I also have experience in IAI Jitsu, the art of drawing the sword. I have also researched and studied the art and traditions of the Samurai Swordsmanship. My training includes Ninjutsu, Kenpo (Sword), So-Jutsu ( Spear ), Naginata-Jutsu (Halberd Techniques), Bisento-Jutsu (Battlefield Halberd techniques) Kusarigama-Jutsu ( Sickle and Chain techiques), Rokushaku Bo-Jutsu ( Full Staf Techniques), Sanjaku Bo-Jutsu / Han Bo-Jutsu / Jo Jutu ( Half and three quarterstaff techniques) Shuriken-Jutsul Senban Nage Jutsu ( Blade throwing techniques), Kisha-Jutsu (Archery techniques from horseback), There are many more that techniques I will share from my knowledge and research.

Tai Chi / Yoga / Meditation Class.
This class is just now formulating and will be offered at a very low introductory price. I have over 24 years experience in the Martial Arts and have been incouraged to shared this knowledge with current students, students of other arts, parents of students and people who are interested in this type of class instead of traditional Martial Arts training, or in combination with the Martial arts. This class is of course low impact and will increase flexability and relaxation.

Monday 8:30pm-9pm
Fridai 8pm-8:30pm
Cost is $35.00 a month for non Soo Bahk Do Martial Art Students. $10.00 for Soo Bahk Do Members. This is a class that would be easier for anyone with health issues or concern with any impact training.
All Martial arts students can join one or all of these new classes for only $10.00 extra a month. Family members and friends of students are encouraged to try a FREE class.
